DAY 10/365, Weight 172.2, Down 1.2, TWL 12.4 LBS
I didn't log my food as I was eating it which is why I am over my calorie allotment by 73 calories. That's an easy fix.
Sleep is also an easy fix which is why I am going to bed now!
