GREEN vs. RED

I am striving to meet 5 simple goals per day. I will post my progress every day. If I meet or exceed the goal I will write in GREEN and if I fall short of meeting my goal, I will write in RED. I know I won't be perfect (all GREEN) every day but I plan on having a lot more GREEN than RED. Healthy Habits making a Healthy Heart!
